BBL conducts an initial analysis and feasibility study to arrive at the correct blend of debt service, coverage and term. This ensures that you project is financially self-sufficient from the day your students move in.
In addition, our feasibility study includes expert instruction regarding the legal coordination, documentation, and securing of investors necessary to provide tax- exempt, low interest rate financing for the project.
Financing options may take the form of revenue bonds, an installment sale contract, a lease purchase agreement or other tax-exempt structures. Your new student housing can be financed with no capital contribution from you.
